Named after our grandmother, Estella, our company honors a legacy that began with an immigrant journey from Mexico and grew into a multi-generation story of entrepreneurship and service. Estella earned her U.S. citizenship, worked alongside her husband in construction and at the local flea market, and eventually purchased and rented her own properties—building everything from the ground up with determination and grit.
Today, we carry that same spirit forward. Based in the Rio Grande Valley, we specialize in purchasing and selling land while working with individuals and investors across the United States. We understand real estate not just as transactions, but as pathways to stability, growth, and long-term impact.
Our family’s story reflects the power of perseverance and community. Estella helped raise four college graduates, including a Doctor of Education, a successful entrepreneur, a medical school graduate and nurse practitioner, and a highly accomplished counselor with LPC credentials. That strong family foundation shapes how we do business—rooted in integrity, clear communication, and genuine care for the people we work with.
